Support
For any question or problem, write to hello@snoozytalk.com. We reply within two business days. Including your iPhone model, iOS version and app version (bottom of the Settings tab) speeds things up. Privacy questions go to privacy@snoozytalk.com.
Subscription
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel in your Apple account settings; it cannot be done inside the app. iPhone Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → SnoozyTalk → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- How do I get a refund?
- Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, pick the purchase and submit a request. We cannot refund on Apple's behalf, but email us if you need help with the steps.
- I switched phones and my subscription is gone.
- Sign in on the new device with the same Apple account, then tap "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen. Your notes are separate from the subscription; see "Data" below.
Data
- Where are my notes and audio stored?
- Only on your device. There is no account, and the operator keeps no notes, audio or reports on its servers. See the privacy policy.
- Will my notes move to a new phone? Can lost notes be recovered?
- If iCloud Backup is on for your iPhone, they come along when you move to a new device. Otherwise, export them with the app's backup feature and import them on the new device. We hold no copy, so we cannot recover them. Deleting the app or resetting the device erases your history too, so back up anything important first.
Audio and privacy
- Where does my voice go?
- Your speech is streamed, encrypted, to an AI processing server (OpenAI, United States) for transcription and correction; we never save it as a file. OpenAI deletes it within 30 days (abuse monitoring) and does not train on it. Details are in the privacy policy.
Troubleshooting
- The microphone does not work.
- Check that iPhone Settings → SnoozyTalk → Microphone is on. If another app is on a call or recording, the microphone may be unavailable.
- Recognition or replies are slow.
- AI processing depends on your network. Try again on Wi-Fi; if it stays slow, tell us with your app version.
- A correction looks wrong.
- Corrections and replies are AI-generated and can be inaccurate. Treat them as study aids, and if a sentence keeps coming back wrong, send it to us so we can improve it.
