1. What the app handles, and how
SnoozyTalk (the "app") is an English speaking practice app used without an account. Your practice results (notes, audio, reports) and settings are stored only on your device, and the operator keeps no information on its servers that could identify you. To transcribe, correct and read lines aloud, the information below is sent to external processors.

3. Processors and international transfers
The app entrusts processing to the processors below, some of it outside your country. You can decline microphone access, in which case no audio is sent, but speaking practice will not be available.

4. Retention
Information on your device stays until you delete a note or the app. The operator keeps no audio or sentences on its servers. Processor retention is as shown in sections 2 and 3.
5. Your rights
You can read and delete notes, audio, reports and settings in the app. To ask a processor to delete data already sent, or for any question about processing, write to privacy@snoozytalk.com; we will pass the request on and tell you the outcome. Because the operator cannot identify users, we may need device details to act on a request.
6. Children
The app is for people aged 14 and over. If we learn that we hold information about a child under 14, we delete it without delay.
7. Security
All transfers are encrypted (TLS, DTLS-SRTP). Having no accounts and no server-side storage keeps the impact of any breach small. Contracts with processors (data processing agreements) prohibit training on your data and limit retention.

9. Changes
We announce changes in the app seven days before they take effect. When the processor list (Appendix A) changes, we update its date and contents and show what changed when the app next opens.
