SnoozyTalk Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of SnoozyTalk (the "service"), an English speaking practice app provided by SnoozyLab Inc. (the "operator").
2. What the service is
The service uses AI to play a conversation partner, transcribe what you say, offer corrections and tips, and produce learning reports. AI-generated corrections and explanations are learning aids; they do not guarantee linguistic accuracy or any exam outcome.
3. Eligibility
You must be 14 or older. Do not enter other people's personal data, confidential information, or unlawful content.
4. No account, data on your device
The service is used without an account. Notes, audio, reports and settings are stored only on your device. The operator cannot recover data lost through a device change, reset or deletion of the app; use the app's backup feature to keep your own copy.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Core features are free; the Plus subscription is sold through Apple's in-app purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's policies and procedures. Plan limits (sessions, turns) are shown in the app and may be adjusted within reason, with notice in the app.
6. Prohibited uses
Copying or reverse-engineering the service, automated bulk requests, unauthorized use of its characters and content, and any use that infringes others' rights or breaks the law are prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The service, its characters (Snoozy and Lumi), scenarios and design belong to the operator or to rights holders who have licensed them to the operator. What you say, and the notes and reports made from it, are yours; the operator processes them only as needed to provide the service.
8. Changes and interruptions
The operator may change features, external AI providers and plan limits, and announces material changes in the app in advance. Outages, policy changes at external providers, or events beyond our control may interrupt the service.
9. Limitation of liability
Except for intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content, failures of external providers, or loss of data on your device. Nothing here removes consumer protections that the law of your country of residence makes mandatory.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance, except where mandatory law in your country of residence guarantees a different court or procedure.
11. Apple
Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to installing and using the app. Where they conflict, the EULA governs the app license and these terms govern use of the service.
